Backflow Prevention Service
Our backflow prevention team tests and certifies all backflow prevention devices. Our technicians
are state-certified and go through intensive training to earn their certifications.
Below are some of the items that are inspected when a backflow is tested:
- Is there damage to the assembly?
- Is there rust on
the assembly?
- Are all parts of the assembly in place?
- Is the assembly
working properly?

Backflow Prevention:
Backflow prevention is also known as cross connection control. Backflow
prevention devices keep contaminated water from flowing back into the main water system. Contaminated water is kept
out of the system by a set of valves that close when backflow occurs. Backflow is often caused by a drop in the
pressure on the supply side. The drop in pressure causes a vacuum, which can pull water back into the system if a backflow
prevention device is not present.
